  • Cotton Fellows is an online store selling Home Textile products, including bedsheets, Bed Spreads,  comforters, sofa covers, pillowcases, and accessories.

  • By shopping with us, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into contracts and using our services.

  • We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.

  • Colors may slightly differ due to screen display or photography lighting.

  • All products are subject to availability. In case an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Orders can be placed via our website www.cottonfellows.com.

  • Payments can be made through:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD)

    • Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash

    • Other payment gateways listed on checkout

  • All payments are secure and encrypted.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery is available all over Pakistan.

  • Fixed delivery charge: PKR 250 per order (unless a free shipping promotion is active).

  • FREE SHIPPING on all Orders over PKR 5,999

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days.

  • Cotton Fellows is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted for:

    • Damaged products

    • Defective items

    • Wrong product delivered

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp.

  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed after inspecting the returned product.

6. User Accounts

  • To place orders, you may create an account.

  • You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential.

  • Cotton Fellows is not liable for unauthorized access to your account.
