Return & Refund Policy – Cotton Fellows

At Cotton Fellows, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, we have made our return and refund process simple and transparent.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered

  • The product is returned within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Please note:

  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless damaged

  • Sale or clearance items are non-returnable

2. How to Initiate a Return

To return a product:

  1. Contact us at support@cottonfellows.com or via WhatsApp at +92-300-000111 within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Our team will guide you with the return shipping instructions

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned product and verify it meets our return policy:

    • Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

    • Refund will be issued to your original payment method

    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash (as agreed with the customer)

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged or wrong item delivered

  • In case of damage or error from our side, Cotton Fellows will cover the shipping cost

5. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange your product for another size, color, or design, follow the return process above

  • Once we receive your original product, we will send the replacement item immediately, subject to availability

6. Important Notes

  • Please inspect your product upon delivery

  • Keep original packaging until you are fully satisfied

  • Always contact us before sending a return
