  • We deliver all across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas.

  • Currently, we do not ship internationally (future updates may be announced on the website).

2. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours.

  • Delivery times may vary due to holidays, weather, or courier delays, which are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Fixed delivery fee: PKR 250 per order across Pakistan.

  • We also run special free shipping promotions—check our Offers page for details.

  • FREE SHIPPING on all Orders over PKR 5,999

  • Shipping charges are applied at checkout.

4. Courier Partners

  • We use trusted courier services such as PostEx to ensure safe delivery.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

  • You can track your order through the courier partner’s website or contact us for assistance.

6. Delivery Issues

  • If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, contact us immediately at support@cottonfellows.com or WhatsApp/Phone: 0300 1108901.

  • Our team will resolve the issue quickly, either by replacement or refund.

7. Important Notes

  • Please ensure your address and phone number are correct when placing the order.

  • Cotton Fellows is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect shipping information.

  • For COD orders, the delivery charge applies even if you pay on delivery.
